Zurab Khizanishvili is in line for a Reading debut following his loan move from Blackburn, but Noel Hunt, Chris Armstrong (both knee) and Julian Kelly (shoulder) are all still sidelined. Barnsley are without defenders Rob Kozluk and Bobby Hassell, but the Tykes are boosted by the return to fitness of striker Daniel Bogdanovic, who’s back after a knee problem.
