now my sense says whatever where "kick a ball" was invented kicking something is natural even an unborn child kicks his mother belly"not ofending anyone cuz the belly is round, hope some idiot wont get it that way", but football is a bit like in rules i mean rugby or superprotected "nowdays" american football still dont understand why they "americans" call it soccer thou maybe at the time they where so poor had no shoes and played with no shoes but socks and was common and they said hey this is nice game lets call it socser somehow the s became c and they call it soccer or the other one is i think they call theyr rugby game football in which they dont use they foot at all to the ball accept in 2 thing and one of them is we all know what is called in real football penalty (i really hope fifa or fa or uefa to fight about the football name copyright tired of espn when they say soccer) 95% lets say what a hell 80% they use hands and 20 with footing.(i have heard they have found a tribe of eskimos that they played with human heads with no offsides for sure but with 2 goals and keepers like today or better to say targets defended by keepers long time ago) before proper rules came. so i say primitive rules in england modern is europe if brits like to be called europians if not i say europe and united kingdom. hope i was not wrong if i was i said its just my common sense.feel free to troll if u dont like my comon sense

Quite right, but the game we know as football was first set to rules in England. However; the modern version of the game was born in Scotland at Queens Park Football Club in 1867. Hailed as a revelation when first witnessed in England, it was the first to involve a system of team play - forever remembered as the Scottish passing game.

The first mention of anything like football comes from China in the 2nd and 3rd century BC. A military training exercise involved kicking a ball through a target, whilst being attacked by opponents. Something similar also existed in Japan. The first game of this type was played in ancient Greece and Rome...
Hope this helps!
