Apparently so. The multi-million dollar Tiger Woods Dubai Golf Course and luxury home complex might be way behind schedule, but Dubai Properties Group Chief Executive Officer Khalid Al Malik told Bloomberg.com. the ambitious project has not been abandoned. The Woods-designed golf course was due to open last September, but so far the course is only partially completed. There has been no revised date for the opening of either the course or the entire complex.
