Top scorer Carlton Cole will start after recovering from the knee injury that has kept him out since November. Midfielder Scott Parker and defender Herita Ilunga have both recovered from hamstring injuries and return to the squad, but Blackburn striker Benni McCarthy won’t be playing for either side as his transfer to West Ham isn’t yet completed.
