i would have james, just through default really. its pretty poor that he is the best keeper we have at the mo.
  3. Rob
Maybe Capello will throw a curveball and opt for Calamity James.

adam dont be such a chav.

Joe Hart all the way. Just look how young frances #1 is. best english keep around. Commanding, agile, and brave. Just brilliant.
  6. Norris
robert green is the most naturally talented goalkeeper in the world.
  7. Rob
Norris, as a happy Hammer. Do you really feel that Rob Green is up to the job this summer?
  8. Norris
    robert green
  9. Gareth's sporting in...
Very well played Mr Wonder, very well played indeed.
  10. BoyWonder
    And a Joe Hart debater
  11. Gareth's sporting in...
You crafty devil Boywonder, I thought you were a Joe Hart hater, but your a Joe Hart rater.
  12. BoyWonder
Actually I'd like to see Joe Hart get the nod I was just putting a case against him for the sake of argument earlier
  13. Gareth's sporting in...
Who would you fancy then boywonder, stick with Green even after his woefull season?
  14. BoyWonder
Same age though. Better to give build youngsters' international experience in less high profile games imho
  15. Rob
Scott Carson seems more fragile than Hart. He might only be 23, but he's not afraid to shout at his defenders.
  16. Gareth's sporting in...
I think we should roll the dice on him, but to be honest I think they all about the same standard.
  17. SnookerFan
Joe Hart is miles better than Scott Carson
  18. BoyWonder
I'm thinking back to McClaren throwing little Scott Carson in goal for that huge qualifier against Croatia...
  19. Rob
Possibly. For a goalkeeper, anyway. But it's still possible that a 23-year-old goalkeeper is mentally tough enough to play for his country at a World Cup finals.
  20. SnookerFan
A keeper like him won't suffer from inexperience. The talent is there so why not?
  21. BoyWonder
A bit inexperienced to go straight in the side at a World Cup though maybe?
  22. Mark King
He's had a tremendous season - better than Rob Green and David James. Despite the fact he is only 23, Hart plays with maturity and commands his penalty area. Give him a run out, Fabio.
  23. SnookerFan
Definitely. He's been the best English keeper in the country. You don't get the GK position in team of the year for nothing.
