Arshavin is so hit or miss, on his day he would walk into any team into the world but he has far too many off days. next season we will see how good he is, as he would have had enough time to fit in in the prem.

Diaby might be better at attacking than defending, but that doens't mean he's an attacking option. And as Norris said apart from fab and RVP, and for me Arshavin, they wouldn't get into chelsea's and man united's teams. The team needs investment and needs to stay fit.

Diaby is better attacking than defending, and Denilson cannot cover for Alex Song. I would like to see a rugged defensive midfielder come to play alongside Song and fill in for him. Flamini and Lassana Diarra should never have left. Would be fantastic if we brought Yaya Toure

with the exception of fabregas and van persie most of them wouldnt get into man utds or chelseas first 11. just deluded arsenal fans again, that team was not strong enough to win the league last year, this year or next year. chelsea will prob make a couple of big signings like aguero, man utd will prob make a couple of big signings eg benzema and arsenal will get freebies like chamakh and put sol campbell as captain.

attacking options on paper are nice indeed, but you can take denilson and diaby out of that list, they are not attacking options. What happened when RVP got injured? We failed to score goals. Bendtner has proved he is not good enough to lead the line. He might score some valuable goals but when your the only striker on the pitch for your team, you will be getting most of the chances. Arsenal need to get rid of denilson, eduardo, bendtner and get some effective talent in. yes we had injuries but RVP was the main one and he's not going to be fit for the whole season next year, he never is.

List of attacking options for us: Van Persie, Bendtner, Eduardo, possibly Chamakh, Rosicky, Arshavin, Fabregas, Nasri, Ramsey, Denilson, Diaby, Wilshere, Vela, Merida, Walcott. Plenty of attacking options there, better than Man Utd and Chelsea. Its just a matter of keeping them all fit, because not at one time this season have we had everyone fit.

Did you guys not read what i wrote about the defenders? Also snooker guy if you think Arsenal have enough attacking options i suggest you watch some more arsenal games.

Van Persie is the main man of course, but Bendtner has done a great job considering he was out for three months. Chamakh arriving will give us extra height as well. One CB is enough, because don't forget about Johan Djourou, and the likes of Kyle Bartley in the reserves. A GK and CB are a priority, and if a third signing was to be made, then definitely a defensive midfielder, someone like Felipe Melo or Danielle De Rossi.

im not sure a keeper and a center back will be enough. sol campbell will be too old next year to play if arsenal if they realistically want to challenge for the league. with the exception of van persie, arsenal need a world class striker. the current ones are not up to the job. maybe adebayor would return?
  11. SnookerFan
All we need is a top class keeper and a centre back. We have plenty of attacking options, also with Chamakh signing for free. Just a keeper and a centre back will be enough.
  12. Amar'e
He's looking at keepers. Joe Hart is one and Rene Adler could be a target. He will sign a centre back, of course if Gallas re-signs he won't have to because you'll have Djourou coming back next season. Add Sol campbell and you have 4 good centre backs. He needs a strong midfielder, Yaya Toure has lost his place at Barca maybe Wenger will go for him. Song + Toure + Fabregas would be pretty strong. He's pretty much locked up Chamach on a free and i think he could sign another striker. Personally i would sell arshavin and sign David Silva to play left wing.
  13. Norris
what positions do they need to strengthen? obviously a top class goalkeeper. another center back, Hangeland maybe? another central midfielder? needless to say wenger will be prob shop in the bargain basement again, sol campbell anyone??
  14. Amar'e
arsenal will be buying this summer. Wenger has even confessed that.
  15. Gareth's sporting in...
You mean Richard Wright? He left ages ago.
  16. Norris
it's an area arsenal have needed to strengthen since Jens Lehman left. it honestly wouldnt surprise me if wenger kept the faith with Almunia. despite an obvious need for better players, wenger will try to convince everyone that because his team is 'young' they need to time to gain experience. this may be so, but its clear that there are many players in this team that are simply not good enough if arsenal want to mount a serious title challenge.
  17. Amar'e
not frey, wenger has passed up on him a few times. While he is a great shot stopper there are flaws to his game.
  18. Norris
    Frey.
  19. Amar'e
    Rene Adler
